Buffett said: "Buy S&P 500 through thick and thin, but especially through thin". I agree that you can't go wrong by having a long-term horizon and buying the S&P through thin when everybody else is fearful. However, how can one diversify his portfolio by including foreign equity indexes and bonds? What are your diversification strategies that minimize your exposure to the US economy? Thanks a lot!
