I used to swear by Vasque boots. But they’re clearly hiking boots and can’t stand up to concrete. These boots need to withstand 60 hour work weeks on mostly concrete, some dirt, occasionally deep mud and heavy rain and preferably thick soled to resist nails. Budget ~ $200. Last pair of Vasque’s lasted 14 months.
