I asked Discover Card to lower my APR, just to see if they would, and they gave me 0% for 12 months. Doesn't hurt to ask.

I don't carry a balance month to month, was just curious. Thought I'd share.

Update: Their online chat is currently down due to "High traffic". But you can always call in or wait until later.
