I've been with Charter Spectrum month to month for several years now and every 6 months or so they increase my rate with no notice. Each time I've been able to get them down a slight bit, but never to where it was prior. I've now negotiated a $10 increase (vs. $20) and they refuse to budge. I've read the other posts and threatened to go to another provider, nothing is working. I've even thought about a dispute with my credit card since they billed me the increase with no notice or authorization, but I'm afraid they'll cut me off completely if I do that. The problem is no other provider is going to offer anything lower than what I'm paying now, and it's a huge hassle changing. Appreciate any advice.
For reference, I'm now paying 59.99 for 100 mg.
