My neighbors put up a new privacy fence, but it doesn't touch the ground. Because of this, there's a space between the fence and the ground where our dogs fight with each other. Their gigantic dog could eat my tiny dog so it's a safety issue that's worrying me. I want to put something up that, without touching their fence at all, will create more of a barrier. I thought about buying chicken wire and putting it up with posts in my yard, but I'm not sure if that's the most frugal way to do it. Thoughts?
