So the title pretty much says the most of it.

I'm disabled, with a plethora of problems. I have arthritis in my left ankle, my left leg is atrophied causing knee pain (bones rubbing against each other), I have back problems causing constant back pain, and spinal cord nerve damage causing nerve pain throughout my left leg.

I am (or was) living off of some money I made doing web development work, which I have been trying to find more of. I ran out recently so in anticipation of that I moved from CA to NC where it is a lot cheaper to live. I'm not sure how to sustain myself in that area either, but that's a different story altogether.

I applied for health care through healthcare.gov, and I put in that I wasn't making any money and had a disability. The response that I got at the end was...

Based on the information provided, you would be eligible for free or low cost health care through North Carolina Medicaid. However, the state of North Carolina has chosen not to offer you this health coverage at this time.

It's almost as if they're trolling with me.

I only have a month left of my medications, but even worse in the last couple of days my arthritis has really flared up and it prevented me from getting any sleep last night. I can barely walk.

I really need to see a doctor but I have no idea how to. If anyone has any suggestions that would be awesome.
