Allow me to explain further why I ask this question, with my current situation, I would like to know what will be most applicable.

[21m Tampa FL] I currently work in armed/unarmed security making $13.00 an hour, but get plenty of OT. I also live at home with my mom.

I have bills of the following: Car payment, small amount of rent, insurance, gym/trainer fee. At the end of each check, I can usually put up to $200 in my savings. I currently have $2,000 in my savings.

My credit: Good. I have one credit card via bank from Fifth Third. Started as a secure card of $300, and they recently uped my limit to $1,000. I make all my payments, and keep usage around %30 of my card.

I would like to attend community college for Criminal Justice 2years, and join the Police Force. School will start when my Gym trainer fee ends (200$ a month).

I don't know if I should try to pay for Community College from pocket, or get a student loan.

With all this in mind, is it possible to move out in the near future, if so, what type of housing would be best (assuming I have at least one roomate.)

If not, what steps should I be taking to help prepare my moving. Such as better credit, saving, ect.
