I love the idea of living simple. I know I can get by with very little. I just don't know how I would be viewed by my girlfriend, parent's, girlfriend's family if I gave up my corporate job to do something less "attractive." I know thats not a good way to think but it is a real concern. Living with your significant other's parents always whispering in her ear would be miserable. Also, now that I "own" a car how can I get rid of it? The loan is more than the car. I realize that I am happy outside of work. On my third corporate job and they all got really stale. Either no work and the day drags on or pointless work. Any life advice from people keeping it simple is greatly appreciated. What's your story? Thanks.
