I live in London and have an neighbour from Albania who adamant that if he's going to put in a NEW combi boiler himself ( he says English gas engineers are too expensive ). I've given him plenty warnings of what could happen + his warranty won't be valid and if found out he could get a fine. ( No this is NOT me ) but he says in Albania he'd do all this himself ( yep figgin scary ), so my question is:In Albania do they have gas engineers and requirements/laws like most modern countries do? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2nZUjUN
