Hi,
I'm in the market for a new wallet. For over a decade I've been using some cheap front pocket wallet I got off amazon for $12. It worked fine but started to fail over the years (plastic id window got cloudy, stitching came apart, etc.) to recently where it completely fell apart. I was looking through the subreddit and its BIFL Wallet Compilation and see that a lot of people recommend Saddleback Leather, but only their old stuff? I looked on ebay and found the following:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/172068164924
https://www.ebay.com/itm/321457572206
Are they really worth $100? Are there better alternatives? I'd like one with a ID window if possible (without the plastic) but it's not a deal breaker.
I don't have any brand loyalty and would prefer minimal/no branding. I don't have a price limit but if I'm going to spend over $100 I'd expect it to be the last wallet I'd ever buy.
I carry the following:
- Driver's License and Health Insurance cards
- 2x Debit and 1x Credit cards
- 2x grocery/warehouse cards
- Usually $60 in $20s.
Any advice or pointing in the right direction would be great.
Thanks!
