Seriosly they are pretty shady and didn't feel safe banking with them anymore. It took 2 months to move everything and I highly reccomend a service like PayPal to handel as many payments as possible so that if you want to switch banks its far less painful.
EDIT OMG I am not banking with PayPal! I am talking about letting paypal handle the minor unimportant transactions like your netflix subscription that changes the number of things you need to worry about if you change banks.
