Hey,We've had a cast iron fireplace fitted to a brick and lime plaster wall in a 1870s Victorian tenement in Glasgow. We had to take it off and then put it back on in order to change the tiles, but ever since, the wall fixings have come loose from the wall and the fireplace is leaning forward a little bit. See pic:http://ift.tt/2GTBpaV am pretty sure it is secure but I obviously want to fix it. Current forerunner is to take the current plugs out, fill the hole with some kind of glue, and put new plugs back in, let them set before screwing the fireplace in (in the meantime we can keep it propped up with something heavy). It feels a bit risky and it seems like one of those things where if we get it wrong we just make the problem a lot worse. Does anyone have any ideas?Cheers. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2nRcRXo
