Hello, I'm currently trying to figure out what a good investment currently is. I'm planning for 10+ years down the road and trying to see which will be a better move. I have a total net worth of 178.8k, 80.3k is invested in the market between stocks, index funds, and bonds. All are part of my retirement account which includes Roth IRA, 401k, and individual brokerage account. Also, have a side business and don't make much on it at the moment. I have around 90k to invest, I live in NJ which makes it a hard to buy a rental property cause of the new tax bill. Am I thinking a move to Texas? and I have around 20k to start a business small one, any suggestions?
