I'm going to be in a performance and we haven't decided what dresses to wear. I'm looking for a dress, red, preferably halter (flexible on this), and preferably backless. We're dancing Latin dances and need spicy dresses, on a 20 dollar budget. Any suggestions of dresses or stores?? (I've been on the hunt for 2 days and we still haven't found a dress everyone agrees on)
