Micron is down 25% from 3 months ago despite beating earnings expectations and raising guidance. It gets sporadic bumps but is pretty much down again or lower after a day or two. Volatility is there but no sustained growth. Is this the start of the "cycle" that will see it fall to 2016 levels?
