I created a Traditional IRA with Vanguard. I put in $1020. I don't know how to proceed. I read the wiki. It seem like the recommended allocation for someone my age is 23% bonds and 77% stocks, with 20% of the stocks being international stocks. Ok, sounds good, so how do I actually go about doing that?
