I'm trying to figure out the most economical way to make a padded floor in my son's playroom. We have tile floors and they are horribly uncomfortable to sit on and play with him for long periods of time, and this time of year they are also really cold. We had a thick rug for a while, but we tossed it (sick dog ruined it). We were going to replace it, but I was wondering if there might be a similarly priced option that would offer actual padding.
