Hello everyone. I'm 19 years old, going to be 20 very soon, right now I'm going to school full time and also working full time 4-midnight after school everyday. I'm making a defend amount of money for going to school, I still live with my parents. I was thinking of moving out and renting an apartment, but I find renting to be.. a waste of money, you pay a lot a month and don't really get anything in the end. Someone mentioned about saving up for a down payment on a house, I wouldn't be able to do that for a few years tho, as I have to pay off my student loan. Is it a smart Idea to jump right in to owning a place? My parents said I can stay there as long as I want. I was thinking of getting a car loan to build credit and beacuse I love driving and love cars. I just need some suggestion on what to do as I am lost.
