I'm visiting the US (from the UK) for the first time in March and planning on doing some clothes shopping. I'm very much on a budget so plan on going to places like Old Navy and Target. But what is the quality like?
I've had stuff from Forever 21 that has only lasted one wash, so wondering if they'll be the same? Are they reasonable quality for the price, and if not can you recommend any other shops?
