I have an old and falling apart gas oven and range top. It's decent enough, but it's time to replace it. Here's the thing, though, I want burners and an oven that are excellent, and that's it! What do I mean? Burners can get very hot and run very low. Oven is accurate. That's all. No computer. No clock. No timer. No self cleaning. No digital buttons of any kind.
All I want are knobs that are accurate! Wolf seems to almost make such a thing for a pretty hefty price. Are there others out there? Thanks!
