Two days ago, I was watching HBO on my 2015 60" Samsung LED Smart TV when I heard an audible click and it went dead. No amount of "hard resets" worked. My TV was dead..

So I did a quick google research and found out that unless the actual screen is broken, there are only really two parts to an LED TV, which appeared to be easily replaced. The Main Board and the Power Board

I took the plunge and bought a $39 (YMMV) Power Board. It took all of 30 minutes taking my time and watching a youtube how-to, and a screwdriver. All you do is unplug the old boards from whatever wires are attached, unscrew the board, put the new board in, and plug the wires back in (like an outlet). So simple.

I wanted to share. I was so happy it worked, and I didn't have to dish out $700-$1000 for a new TV.
