My office is moving to a new downtown-financial district location (think: a lot of business wear/suits type of people). So, I'm on the hunt for a hybrid of a winter/appropriate office boot. I'm up in Canada so as you can imagine the winters can be pretty bad and my commute will consist of walking and trains.
I usually wear a pair of snow boots (Pajars) but I would like something a little bit more formal looking.
I do plan on keeping some plain heels at my desk and changing my shoes if really necessary.
The ideal pair of boots would have a small heel/wedge but have some grip for winter weather. Waterproof, black, ankle height etc.
I've already looked at Sorel, Hunter, Timberland but I'd love to hear some other options!
