options i've narrowed down to:
2011 Ford Focus S - 86k miles, bad engine mount but I'm gonna try to get the mechanic to fix that for free before i buy - $4000
2005 Honda Civic dx - 170k miles, some corrosion starting to show on body (this is what finally killed my 2001 Honda Civic with 250k miles - but I still have it so i'd have a parts car) - $2200 (but I think I can talk that down under 2k)
What else should I look at? I know Civic/Corolla and Accord/Camry are the two kings of sedan reliability, but idk what comes in third? the honda/toyota's hold value SOOO well - so it's hard to find a good deal.
