So the idea is to use a PVC pipe for height, but also place the electrical lines inside to hide/mask it from view.On top of the PVC pipe will be a 12” circle made of cardboard so it is light weight. Think a Lazy Susan made of cardboard sitting on top of a PVC Pipe.
