My son wears a men's size medium shirt, and I want to get him some of those just plain colored t-shirts with the pocket on it that come in three packs or whatever from companies like Hanes or Gildan or Fruit of the Loom. However they're all 100% cotton, and I'm not sure if buying him a medium would shrink too much. Should I get him a large?
I'm basically trying to save money, pretty much all he wears are graphic tees with popular gaming shit on them, and those can get pricey. I'd like to round out his wardrobe with just some plain t-shirts. My fear that was that I'm going to buy one of these three packs or six packs, and even though they only cost like $20 or whatever, I don't want him to only be able to wear it once because it shrinks so much and the laundry. These are absolutely dumb questions at my age, but I was married for 17 years and not allowed to do the laundry, lol, and I didn't do the clothes shopping. I'm just not familiar with what's going to happen to a hundred percent cotton t-shirt.
