How do I adjust the hinges to even up the gap in the top (8mm) and the bottom (2mm) of this shutter? [repost due to wrong post type]

shutterI'm installing these shutters and I don't seem to be able to adjust the hinges so that it sits evenly in the frame. Tweaking the depth of the hinge bed hasn't seemed to work and the way it's sitting now is causing a bit of a nasty overlap in the middle. I'm a bit reluctant to keep removing material if it's not going to help.Any thoughts? Cheers! via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2mRyhDN
