Sorry, I know this kind of questions annoy a lot of people here, but the bull run we've had so far this year scares me a little bit . I'm very new to investing, and want to invest in something that is relatively low risk. I'm thinking of investing some 20k sometime this week. I'm only considering 3 ETFs - SPY, QQQ and a Russell 2000 ETF. I'm planning on holding them for a year before selling them off when I decide to buy a house. I'll be happy if I get 6-10% returns. Do you think this is a bad idea? Like I said, I'm very new to investing and I already feel like I've wasted a lot of time not investing all these years.
