Hey, this is my first time here so apologies if this isn’t an appropriate post.I’m looking to glue the rubber sole on a pair of sandals. Pic here to illustrate the issue. My dad taught me enough about DIY to know you can’t just slap any old superglue on rubber, but I’m still a bit of a DIY newbie. I’ve searched around on google and I can’t seem to find a simple answer anywhere, so now here I am.Can anyone recommend any brands / types of glue I could use / should definitely avoid when fixing this? I’m not looking for a seamless repair, just something which will hold well enough for the sandals to last me a bit longer (because I currently keep tripping over the toe area because it’s at a weird angle because of the tear, which keeps making the tear worse).Cheers! via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2DEWmEq
