If a bank or credit card company calls you hang up. Always call them back from a number that you look up yourself. I just got off the phone with a real Chase representative they are getting calls of people being contacted from a number that they don't own claiming to be Chase. The recording sounds identical all the menu prompts are the same.
Here is the scam number:800-945-2000. That number is not owned by chase.
