I was gifted "The Most Good You Can Do" by Peter Singer over the holidays. After simplifying my life and minimizing my possessions and spending as much as possible, I wasn't really sure what to do next or what the point was, if that makes sense or resonates with any of you. I've spent my Sunday afternoon powering through this book and I feel like this "effective altruism" thing is really making sense. Anyone else familiar? Thoughts?
