However, due to the demand in the market, the current fee is $825.00 with an approximate turn time of 1/31/18. Please advise if this fee is approved so we may proceed with the report.

Is there anything I can do, or am I paying a half-year of PMI to remove PMI? My house is worth about 30% more than I paid, and I owe about 79% left on the original mortgage.
