What pro-consumer features can come out of the repeal of net neutrality that would boost shares of the telecom companies?

I want to table any discussion of the repeal’s efficacy/propriety. Can telecom companies turn the net neutrality repeal into something positive for consumers? More investment in infrastructure? Better products? Where is the opportunity for these companies that the lack of net neutrality helps accomplish?
