Easy one to miss this is.
If you are using eBay a lot or PayPal as the payment method (especially around this time of year). Watch out for the Pay After Delivery option. I've just checked and in the next week over £100 ($130ish) is going out of my account for purchases I made two weeks ago.
My fault obviously but as it doesn't 'reserve' the money it's easy to think you have more money than you do.
Can be useful in some scenarios but I've turned it off on my account now.
