[Request] Does anyone have a recommendation for a Slim, Thigh-Length Winter Jacket (~10 Degrees F) that is relatively low cost (Maybe under $200 if possible)?

I'm just so cold...

I'm 6' tall, pretty thin, just looking for a good winter coat. Has anyone tried the heated jackets? Are those any good?
