http://ift.tt/2BGRQ7R help please. I need my window open for this hot summer.. and I have no idea what I'm doing!!I have no idea where too ask or who to ask this too but I'm gonna try my luck here. I Just broke my very old window shutter and I have no fkn idea how to roll it up. The cord snapped and rolled up into the box. I managed to pull it out and try to rewind the cord but I have no clue what I'm doing!One big problem is that it's the second story and impossible for me to reach the shutter from the outside.
