Window sill.Due it being winter and having the central heating turned on, presumably this is what has led to condensation on the Windows, dripping down to the window sill, going through the paint and into the wooden plank and then puffing and peeling the paint as the window sill/water is warmed up by the central heating/radiator.I'm scraping of the puffing and peeling paint (a bit too much it seems, scraped into the brown wood) removed the few moulds and I'm considering to paint.Aside from better ventilation e.g. opening windows, purchasing a moisture absorber. What type of paint should I use to resist the absorption of water, the puffing and peeling of paint and the moulds?Would Ronseal anti damp paint be ideal or Ronseal anti condensation paint or is there some other product and procedure you'd recommend?Thank you for your time and I hope you can help me out. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2C3GJWG
