Over the last few days all the lights in our house (wall mounted and lamps which plug into sockets) have started flickering intermittently. It will sometimes be a small amount, then grow to the point of fully turning off and on. While this is happening, other appliances, including those plugged into the same extension lead as the lamps, work completely normally. This was true until today, when the flickering got worse and worse (including buzzing) then suddenly all the power cut out, before almost immediately ciming back on and everything (lights and all) appearing normal again. Does anyone have any idea what this may be, if I should be worried and whether I'll need an electrician to get to the bottom of it? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2A6sYct
