I'm having a hard time finding great photos of true level 5 finishes up close. There are so many tutorials out there that show you how, but never the expected result. My jobs over the years have taken me in and out of many high end places, and yet, I've never seen any impressive wall finishes either. They usually seem like someone who was rushed was doing it.
