Hello! I have worked as a stripper in various clubs across the US for the last couple years. Tonight one of my coworkers was telling me about how she is registered as an LLC under "business relations" or something similar. She was telling me how she is able to save a lot of money on taxes, and that she can even deduct her nanny's paycheck because she is her employee. I was just wondering if this is legal and if it would maybe be a smart move for myself? I am currently considered an independent contractor but I would like to grow my business as I have also started making money selling nudes thru Instagram and Snapchat. What are the steps I would need to take to become an LLC? And what are some things I need to do to be successful and organized on the tax side of things?
