I have no idea how to really post on Reddit so bear with me. Apologies for the long post also.

I got a replacement phone from Bell Canada using their smart care service. There is a rule stating that if you don't send your old phone back within 5 business days you will be charged the amount of the phone that you are replacing.

I sent it back within 2 days of the 5-day time limit. Two months later I received a letter from Bell stating that they have never received the phone so they charged me the cost of the phone. This was the second replacement phone I have gotten from them, so I wasn't really worried about it getting lost. That was a mistake.

I have checked the tracking number that was provided to me and it was sent back to the warehouse in Mississauga. The phone was signed out 2 days after I had sent it out by someone at Bell. I called Bell and they kept saying that they have never received it yet in the warehouse so I provided said tracking number to them then they had said that it was at the warehouse.

They then said that they were going to issue a refund. The refund was going to take 7 to 10 business days, so I waited. About a month later I still haven't received anything in my Mobility account so I call them back and asked what was going on, and they again said that they never received it again.

This goes on for another month of them saying they have the phone, and they don't. I don't know how to go through with this because this has never happened to me before. I just want my money back from them but it's frustrating because I keep getting told that they have it or they don't.

I need help. Or I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else? How did you get your refund?
