Within the past day, many, many municipalities have announced that they are accepting prepayments of property taxes. This is obviously all happening in a big rush and there's a lot of pressure to decide whether to cut a check for thousands of dollars in the next few days. Can we discuss the implications here since decision has to be made very quickly?
