Hey guys, I'm a software developer from Canada and I might get an offer for a new job that would come give me more money. I have 3 years of experience. I currently makw 45k and the offer would be of atleast 50k. I must also say that I have two kids (14 months and 1 month). Also, I like my current job place, but my boss isn't really good. I know the company will grow in the next years.
So, is it worth it for the atleast extra 10% income?
