I make a huge effort to meal plan in order to use up or freeze ingredients before they go bad. I've made a huge improvement! But, celery is one of the things I have to throw out the most.
Even if I make 1-2 soups and a stir fry within a week, I always seem to have leftover celery. What are some ways to eat, cook, or store celery before it goes bad?
