Buying a house that needs a lot of work so it's time to buy a work truck or work van. Pros and Cons to each?I see a truck having many advantages for outside work (I'm not going to pick up a yard of mulch in a van or fill a van with tree branches and other yard debris) but I see a van being more convenient over all (not as much strapping and tying down of cargo, and more year-round all weather utility)Thoughts? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2AR3X0G
