Hello,
I am planning on buying "active" Vanguard ETFs (VVL & VMO on the TSX). The funds are managed by Vanguard’s Quantitative Equity Group and I was wondering if the team were able to provide alpha in the funds historically. Since the ETFs are new it seems like the only way to know if the funds are good is if the QEG is competent.
