So I am hopefully going to be purchasing a home sometime soon. I enjoy cooking and was hoping to get a wolf stove however the areas I have been looking don't have gas available. :( . So I am looking to get an electric stove or induction on the same level as wolf IF possible. Any suggestions?
P.s I'm open to either electric or induction, if I go with induction I would need to get a hot plate or something though in order to use my bialetti moka pot.
