I love making gnocchi, but my ricer doesn't last. It's a classic metal style one, from a box that makes me think it was sitting in my girlfriend's mom's closet since the 80s. It's bending severely at the handle, where it meets the ring around the actual ricing pocket.
Anybody know of a quality piece that is a bit more resilient to a strong hand, and the occasional slightly-under-boiled potato?
