http://ift.tt/2z5ovGj you can see in the middle of the screen, the drain and the end of the P-trap are both male. The cast iron/brass drain does not have a slip nut attached, and the slip nut that came with the P-trap will only work one way - I cannot get it over the p-trap nor the drain. I am not sure how or if it was a different product than the one I got, but whoever worked on this previous to me had the slip nut on the p-trap and attached it to the drain from there.I live in a condo, so removing the drain and replacing with PVC is out of the question unless I want to get the association involved, which could take weeks. Is there an easy fix for this? I was at the hardware store twice today, and could not find any PVC female-to-female connectors. I also did not see a p-trap with a female connector at Home Depot nor Lowe's. via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2msyOyg
