As the title says I am the only employee of an S-Corp. I have been reading that a holiday party for the employee and spouse are 100% tax deductible. But as I am currently the only employee Can I really still have a holiday party? Or just a holiday dinner? What are my options here? Can the company buy me a reasonable holiday gift? If it helps at all the company pulls in around $80k a year and is in Pennsylvania Thanks!
