There's usually an easy link at the bottom of all the marketing emails you get to unsubscribe. Don't bother trying to opt out of all of them, just do 3 a week and you won't even notice the work. The email volume will slowly subside to something more manageable.
You can also mark them as spam, but it's usually just as easy to get off the email list and you won't miss any actual communications. If it's a pain to unsubscribe, then just go ahead and mark it as spam instead of wasting your life filling out forms to make email stop.
